  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Skegness are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into five parish wards named respectively—\n(a) Brunswick Drive;\n(b) St Clement’s;\n(c) Scarbrough;\n(d) Seacroft;\n(e) Winthorpe.\n(3) Each parish ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the parish ward.\n(4) With the exception of Brunswick Drive parish ward, five councillors are to be elected for each parish ward.\n(5) One councillor is to be elected for Brunswick Drive parish ward.",
