  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972;\n“the 1989 Act” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989;\n“the 2000 Act” means the Local Government Act 2000;\n“the 2007 Act” means the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007;\n“2019 election day” means the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019;\n“the District Councils” means Suffolk Coastal District Council and Waveney District Council;\n“East Suffolk” means the local government area of East Suffolk constituted by article 3.",
