# The Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 39: Regulations


(1) Regulations under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.
(2) Regulations under this Order may contain such incidental, supplementary and transitional provisions as appear to the Department to be appropriate.
