# The Education (Grammar School Ballots) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: Designation of body


The Electoral Reform (Ballot Services) Ltd. is prescribed for the purposes of section 105(3)(c) of the Act and that body is referred to in these Regulations as “the designated body”.
