# Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, Article 53: Conditions as to delegation


Any delegation under a scheme of the management of a school’s budget share shall be subject to such conditions—
(a) as may be imposed by the scheme; or
(b) as may be imposed under the scheme by the board with the approval of the Department.
