# The Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Article 35: Approval of qualifications of teachers


In Article 36(2)(a) of the 1998 Order (person not eligible for registration by Council unless he has such qualifications as may be approved by the Department) for “Department” substitute “Council”.
