# The Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Article 37: Terms and conditions of service of registrar of General Teaching Council


In Schedule 1 to the 1998 Order (General Teaching Council) in paragraph 5(2)(b) (terms and conditions of service of registrar to be determined by the Council with the approval of the Department) omit “with the approval of the Department”.
