# Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 23: Collection and recovery


Part VI of the 1970 Act (collection and recovery) shall apply to repayments, interest and penalties which have become due and payable by a borrower under this Part as it applies to income tax and interest charged and penalties imposed under that Act.
