# Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 52: Collection and Recovery of Penalties


Section 69 of the 1970 Act (recovery of penalties etc.) shall apply to penalties imposed under this Part as it applies to penalties imposed under that Act.
