# The Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2013, Article 5: Applications for registration in Scotland made between 11th and 18th September 2014


Where a registration officer in Scotland determines an application for registration made in the period starting with 11th September 2014 and ending with 18th September 2014, the proviso in regulation 29(4) of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001 does not apply.
