  "heading": "Confirmation of entitlement to remain registered",
  "text": "(1) Each registration officer must within the specified period check whether each person who—\n(a) has an entry in a register maintained by the registration officer; and\n(b) does not fall within paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 5 to the 2013 Act\nis entitled to remain registered.\n(2) The specified period—\n(a) in England and Wales is the period starting with 16th June 2014 and ending with 30th November 2014; and\n(b) in Scotland is the period starting with 19th September 2014 and ending with 27th February 2015.",
