# The Electricity and Gas (Carbon Emissions Reduction) (Amendment) Order 2010, Article 10: Amendment of article 9 (achievement of carbon emissions reduction obligation)


(1) Article 9 (achievement of carbon emissions reduction obligation) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) A supplier must achieve its insulation obligation by promoting on or after 1st August 2010—
(a) cavity wall insulation;
(b) flat roof insulation;
(c) loft insulation;
(d) solid wall insulation; or
(e) under floor insulation,
which is professionally installed.”.
