  "text": "(1) Article 11 (notifications) is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph (3) insert—\n“(3A) A notification in respect of a measure listed in article 9(1A) must contain sufficient information to show whether the supplier intends the action to be promoted in the priority group or super priority group.”.",
