# The Electricity and Gas (Carbon Emissions Reduction) (Amendment) Order 2010, Article 15: Amendment of article 18 (transfers)


(1) Article 18 (transfers) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)(a) for “31st March 2011” substitute “31st March 2012”.
