Article 6 Amendment of article 5 (notification by suppliers)

Article 5 (notification of suppliers) is amended as follows.

(2)

For paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

A supplier must notify the Authority by 14th February in each year in which any part of the obligation period falls of the number of that supplier’s domestic customers on the previous 31st December.”.
