Article 23 Determination of reduction in carbon emissions

To determine the reduction for a qualifying action the Authority must—

(a)

apply to that action the appropriate carbon co-efficient value set out in Schedule 3; and

(b)

if the qualifying action is listed in the first column of Table 3, set out in article 24, increase or decrease the carbon emissions reduction achieved by the corresponding percentage in the second column of Table 3.
