# The Electricity and Gas (Community Energy Saving Programme) Order 2009, Paragraph 3


Home energy assistance means information provided by an energy assessor to a domestic energy user, in person at the time of the home energy survey, which deals with such of the matters set out in paragraph 4 as are applicable to that user.
