  "text": "A requirement imposed on a supplier by this Order shall be treated as a relevant requirement–\n(a) if the supplier is a gas supplier, for the purposes of Part 1 of the Gas Act 1986;\n(b) if the supplier is an electricity supplier, for the purposes of Part 1 of the Electricity Act 1989.",
