# The Electricity and Gas (Energy Efficiency Obligations) Order 2004, Article 10: Enforcement


A requirement imposed on a supplier by this Order shall be treated as a relevant requirement–
(a) if the supplier is a gas supplier, for the purposes of Part 1 of the Gas Act 1986;
(b) if the supplier is an electricity supplier, for the purposes of Part 1 of the Electricity Act 1989.
