# The Electricity and Gas (Energy Efficiency Obligations) Order 2004, Article 7: Transfers


Following the receipt by the Authority of a written request from the suppliers concerned, the Authority may agree to the whole or any part of a supplier’s energy efficiency target being–
(a) treated as having been achieved by a qualifying action taken by another supplier; or
(b) transferred to another supplier,
and such agreement shall be in writing and shall not be unreasonably withheld.
