  "text": "The benefits relevant for the purposes of paragraph (i) of the definition of priority group in article 1(2) are—\n(a) council tax benefit;\n(b) housing benefit;\n(c) income support;\n(d) an income-based jobseeker’s allowance;\n(e) an attendance allowance;\n(f) a disability living allowance;\n(g) a war disablement pension which includes–\n(i) a mobility supplement; or\n(ii) a constant attendance allowance;\n(h) a disablement pension which includes a constant attendance allowance; and\n(i) state pension credit.",
