Regulation 101 The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992

Article 39 (consent required for construction, etc., of generating stations) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (9), for the words from “the criteria” to the end substitute “criteria determined by the Department from time to time and published by it which take into account matters corresponding to the matters mentioned in points (a) to (i) and (k) in Article 7(2) of the Directive”.
