Paragraph 7

Article 16 (principles of capacity-allocation mechanisms and congestion-management procedures concerning transmission system operators) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2, for point (c) substitute—

“(c)

be compatible with the network access systems of—

(i)

the other part of the United Kingdom and connected member States; and

(ii)

if the national regulatory authority so directs, connected third countries;”.

In paragraph 3, omit the second subparagraph.

In paragraph 4, for “regulatory authorities” substitute “national regulatory authority”.
