# The Electricity and Gas (Smart Meters Licensable Activity) Order 2012, Article 13: Amendment to section 64 (interpretation etc of Part 1)


In section 64(1), insert in the relevant position—
““providing a smart meter communication service” has the meaning given in section 4(3G) above, and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;”.
