  "text": "(1) Schedule 6A is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1, after “licence holders”, insert “(except the holder of a smart meter communication licence)”.\n(3) Insert after paragraph 9—\n“Smart meter communication licence holders\n9A. The following are relevant provisions in relation to the holder of a smart meter communication licence—\n(a) section 42C; and\n(b) section 25(5) of the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007 (directions to comply with requirements under section 24 of that Act).”.",
