# The Electricity and Gas (Smart Meters Licensable Activity) Order 2012, Article 26: Amendment to section 41C (power to alter activities requiring licence)


In section 41C(4)—
(a) omit the word “or” after paragraph (b); and
(b) after paragraph (c), insert—
“; or
(d) the provision of a smart meter communication service.”.
