  "text": "(1) Section 88 of the Energy Act 2008 (power to amend licence conditions etc: smart meters) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) after paragraph (d), insert—\n“(da) a condition of a particular licence under section 6(1)(f) of the Electricity Act 1989, or under section 7AB of the Gas Act 1986 (smart meter communication licences);”; and\n(b) in paragraph (e), for “or 7A”, substitute “, 7A or 7AB”.\n(3) In subsection (6)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), for “or 7A”, substitute “, 7A or 7AB”;\n(b) in paragraph (c), for “or (d)”, substitute “, (d) or (f)”.",
