  "text": "(1) This article applies for a period of 36 months beginning on the date on which this Order comes into force.\n(2) Paragraph (3) applies to a person who is not the holder of a licence under section 6(1)(f) of the Electricity Act 1989.\n(3) Exemption is granted from section 4(1)(e) of the Electricity Act 1989 to a person to whom this paragraph applies.\n(4) Paragraph (5) applies to a person who is not the holder of a licence under section 7AB(1) of the Gas Act 1986.\n(5) Exemption is granted from section 5(1)(d) of the Gas Act 1986 to a person to whom this paragraph applies.",
