# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Regulation 3: Amendments to regulation 2 (interpretation)


In regulation 2(1), after the definition of “capacity year”, insert—
““CCS CFD” has the meaning given in regulation 34A(4);
“CCS CFD transfer notice” has the meaning given in regulation 34A(4);
“CCS CFD transfer refusal notice” has the meaning given in the Rules;”.
