# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Regulation 5: Amendment to regulation 34 (termination of capacity agreements: CFDs and ROO conversions)


In regulation 34(3), in the definition of “CFD transfer notice” in paragraph (b), after “apply for a CFD”, insert “(other than a CCS CFD)”.
