# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Regulation 8: Amendments to regulation 68 (delivery body reviewable decisions)


In regulation 68—
(a) in the table in paragraph (2), after the final row insert—
“
The issue of a CCS CFD transfer refusal notice.
The capacity provider who made a request for termination and to whom the notice has been issued.
”;
(b) in paragraph (3), after “(2),”, insert ““CCS CFD transfer refusal notice”,”.
