Regulation 9 Amendments to regulation 69 (requesting reconsideration by the Delivery Body)

In regulation 69—

(a)

in paragraph (5), in the words before sub-paragraph (a), after “notice of intention to terminate”, insert “or a decision to issue a CCS CFD transfer refusal notice”;

(b)

in paragraph (5A)—

(i)

in the words before sub-paragraph (a), after “a prequalification decision” insert “or a decision to issue a CCS CFD transfer refusal notice”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (a), after “prequalification”, insert “or a CCS CFD transfer notice”;

(c)

in paragraph (7), in the definition of “non-material error or omission”, in the words before sub-paragraph (a), after “prequalification”, insert “or a CCS CFD transfer notice”.
