  "text": "(1) In regulation 4(3)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (b), omit “and owned by the same person”; and\n(b) after that sub-paragraph insert—\n“(ba) subject to paragraph (4A), the generating units are all owned by the same person; ”.\n(2) After regulation 4(4) insert—\n“(4A) The condition in paragraph (3)(ba) does not apply where the aggregate connection capacity of all the generating units is less than 50 MW.”.\n(3) In regulation 4(8), in the definition of “registered trading unit”, after “base trading unit” insert “or sole trading unit”.\n(4) In regulation 4(9), after ““metering system”;” omit “and” and insert ““sole trading unit”;”.",
