# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 28: Regulation 43B (repayment of capacity payments on termination)


After regulation 43B(4) insert—
“(5) This regulation applies to the termination of a transferred part as it applies to the termination of a capacity agreement.”
