# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 4: Regulation 12 (determination of auction parameters by the Secretary of State)


In regulation 12(5), insert at the end of sub-paragraph (a) “(including any annex prepared under regulation 7(6))”.
