after paragraph (4) insert—

“(5)

An electricity capacity report must include the de-rating factors that the Delivery Body estimates will apply to—

(a)

generating CMUs in each generating technology class; and

(b)

demand side response CMUs;

for the purposes of capacity auctions held in the following auction window.”.
