Paragraph 8 Regulation 2 (interpretation)
In regulation 2(1), for the definitions of “TF1” and “TF2” substitute—
““TFx”, for any value of x from x = 1 to x = 5, means the corresponding termination fee payable under regulation 43(3);”.
