# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 4: Regulation 11 (payment of invoices and accruing interest)


In regulation 11—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “5.00 p.m. on” substitute “the end of”; and
(b) omit paragraph (2).
