These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

(2)

These Regulations, apart from regulations 3 and 4(2) and (3) and Schedule 2, come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(3)

Regulations 3 and 4(2) and (3) and Schedule 2 come into force on 1st January 2018.
