In regulation 61—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(a)(ii), for “unproven DSR capacity” substitute “de-rated capacity”;

(b)

omit paragraph (1)(b);

(c)

in paragraph (2)(a) omit the words “or (b)”; and

(d)

omit paragraph (5).
