  "text": "(1) In regulation 2(1)—\n(a) after the definition of “financial year” insert—\n““gross demand”, in relation to an electricity supplier (“S”), means the amount of electricity (expressed in MWh) supplied by S to premises in Great Britain;”; and\n(b) omit the definition of “net demand”.\n(2) Omit regulation 2(3) and (4).\n(3) In regulation 2(5), omit ““the Balancing and Settlement Code”;” and ““GB transmission system”;”.",
