# The Electricity Capacity (No. 1) Regulations 2019, Regulation 53: Modifications to the application of the Supplier Payment Regulations


The modifications to the application of the Supplier Payment Regulations in this Part apply in relation to—
(a) the conditional agreement auction, including the rights and obligations arising out of, or in relation to, this auction; and
(b) capacity agreements that existed on 15th November 2018.
