Regulation 60 Consequences of termination of supplier licences: modifications

Regulation 16 (consequences of termination of supplier licences) of the Supplier Payment Regulations applies as if in paragraph (2)(b), after “terminated” there were inserted “(unless both termination trigger events have occurred prior to this month)”.
