  "heading": "“Providing electricity”; “reducing demand for electricity”; “electricity supplier”",
  "text": "(1) For the purposes of section 27 of the Act—\n(a) “providing electricity” means providing any metered electrical output by a generating unit, and includes, in particular, providing such output by a generating unit which forms part of a storage facility; and\n(b) “reducing demand for electricity” means—\n(i) providing demand side response; or\n(ii) permanent electricity demand reduction.\n(2) For the purposes of section 28(3) of the Act and these Regulations, “electricity supplier” means a person supplying electricity to customers in Great Britain under a licence granted or treated as granted under section 6(1)(d) of EA 1989.",
