# The Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014, Regulation 22: Reconciliation invoices and payment


(1) The Settlement Body must issue each invoice under regulation 20(6)(a) or 21(8)(a) to the payer by no later than T-19.
(2) A payer must pay the amount invoiced by no later than T-16.
