# The Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014, Regulation 25: Reconciliation credit notes and payment


The Settlement Body must, subject to regulation 14, pay the amount shown in a credit note issued to an electricity supplier under regulation 20, 21 or 24 by no later than T.
