Regulation 32 Disputes

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), an electricity supplier may use the procedure in Chapter 2 of Part 10 of the Principal Regulations to dispute any calculation or determination made by the Settlement Body under these Regulations.

(2)

The procedure in that Chapter may not be used to dispute the correctness of any data used in making a calculation or determination, which has been provided to the Settlement Body by another person under these Regulations, the Principal Regulations or capacity market rules.
