  "heading": "Capacity market supplier charge: provisional annual calculations",
  "text": "(1) The Settlement Body must, by no later than three months before the start of a delivery year (“year X”), for each electricity supplier (“S”) calculate—\n(a) S’s provisional share of capacity market supplier charges in respect of year X (“PSCsx”);\n(b) S’s provisional capacity market supplier charge in respect of year X (“PACMSCsx”);\n(c) S’s provisional monthly capacity market supplier charge in respect of each month of year X (“PMCMSCsm”).\n(2) PSCsx must be calculated in accordance with the formula—\nPS C sx = FSSP D sx ∑ s FSSP D sx .\n(3) PACMSCsx must be calculated in accordance with the formula—\nPACMS C sx = ∑ i AC P ix ×PS C sx .\n(4) PMCMSCsm must be calculated in accordance with the formula—\nPMCMS C sm =PACMS C sx ×W F mx .\n(5) In this paragraph—\n“∑iACPix” means the sum of ACPix (the total amount of capacity payments payable in respect of a capacity committed CMU), as calculated under paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, for all capacity committed CMUs in respect of year X; and\n“FSSPDsx” means the amount of the forecast given by S to the Settlement Body for year X under regulation 4(2).",
