  "text": "(1) The Settlement Body must calculate the amount (“SCLRsy”) of the refund payable to each electricity supplier (“S”) who has paid a settlement costs levy payment in a relevant financial year (“year Y”) in accordance with the formula—\nSCL R sy =( AR−SC )× SCL P sy ∑ s SCL P sy .\n(2) In this paragraph—\n“AR” and “SC” have the meanings given in regulation 10;\n“SCLPsy” means the amount of settlement costs levy paid by S in respect of year Y.",
