# The Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 8: Amendments to the Principal Regulations


In regulation 47, at the end insert—
“(7) In this regulation, “payer” means a person to whom an invoice is issued under these Regulations or the Supplier Payment Regulations.”.
